Saša Mirković
Visionary, Coach

I’m a husband, father of three, and a lifelong learner obsessed with growth, leadership, and living by design, not default. I believe in building businesses that serve your life, not consume it.
My journey started in Sarajevo, where I was born and raised. I earned my undergraduate and MBA in Marketing at the University of Sarajevo. In my 20s, I lived through the Bosnian War, and later led humanitarian efforts in Sierra Leone at the height of its civil war. Those experiences forged my perspective on what matters: freedom, family, health, leadership, and integrity.
In 1997, I immigrated to the U.S. with a vision to create something lasting. I started my career with American Express Financial Advisors, now Ameriprise, and worked my way up from advisor to district manager to field vice president. In 2006, I launched my own Ameriprise franchise with one clear intention: to build a world-class team, not a one-man shop.
Today, I lead Inspire Confidence Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial. I also serve as CEO of Inspire Network, where I help business owners unlock transformational growth, build self-leading teams, and prepare for multigenerational success.
I’m relentless about alignment. My team’s work is deeply anchored in our values and designed to create real, lasting impact for the clients we serve.
I had the good fortune to experience being a member of an elite team while playing rugby, performing in the theatre, in the military, and in business. I spent my 20s in war zones as a humanitarian aid worker serving as a part of elite teams under extreme circumstances. Those experiences have made a profound impact on how I see teamwork and collaboration.
When I’m not coaching leaders or guiding strategy, you’ll find me traveling with my wife Laura and our three amazing kids—Oscar, Stella, and Kosta. Every year, I carve out nine weeks to disconnect from the grind and reconnect with what fuels me most: family, purpose, and freedom.
